We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about our animals.  We make every effort to educate our customers, about the proper care and maintenance of their new animal, to ensure a long and healthy life.  We include complimentary care sheets with the purchase of all animals to help you better understand the proper care and maintenance of your new pet.  

Due to the large volume of inquiries we receive, we give first preference to all sales inquires via email, as it allows us to better serve all of our customers.  

We also can be reached via telephone during the hours of 10am- 4pm pacific time (Monday- Friday).  We are normally out with the animals on our 80 acre breeding facility and not available to answer the phone.  Therefore, you most likely will reach our voicemail when calling about new sales inquiries.  Please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We attempt to answer all emails within 48 hours.  Please allow up to 72 hours or three business days for new sales inquiries via phone.  Due to international and continental time differences, by accomodating all of our customers between the hours of 9am-7pm in their local time zone, it requires us to be on the phone throughout the day/night... please be patient.  Please leave a detailed message with the state/country you are calling from, which species/morph/sex/age of animal you are interested in,  the phone number with area code that you can be reached at, and preferred time to be contacted.  Please repeat your phone number with area code, as most customers call from cell phones, and they frequently cut out, making it impossible to understand the number.

After you have purchased an animal from us, we have a 24 hour customer service phone# that we provide which we answer directly and immediately.  This private line ensures that we can provide excellent after care support any time day/night with the acclimation of your new pet.
